it all starts with you…
We are beyond happy to open the doors for the second round of our 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in Mexico 2027.
What started as a shared vision between us has grown into something deeply meaningful: a strong, heart-led community of students and alumni from around the world. Watching our graduates step into teaching, create communities of their own, and continue to grow long after the training has been one of the greatest joys of this work.
This training is for those who want to deepen their practice, explore yoga beyond the physical shapes, and learn how to guide others in a way that feels authentic, embodied, and true to who they are.
We believe every teacher has their own voice.
Not something to copy, perform, or perfect, but something to uncover.
Our approach bridges tradition and evolution. Rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, somatics, nervous system education, philosophy, embodiment, and intelligent sequencing, we weave together ancient wisdom with contemporary understanding of the body and human experience.
This is a space for transformation, connection, creativity, and coming home to yourself.
Over the course of the training, you will receive the tools, confidence, and practical skills to teach yoga internationally through our Yoga Alliance certified program, while also being supported in discovering your own way of holding space.
Expect strong community, deep conversations, laughter, practice, ritual, challenge, growth, and a truly life-changing experience held in the beauty of Sayulita, Mexico.
Whether your intention is to become a teacher or simply to deepen your relationship with yoga and yourself, we would love to welcome you into this next round.
With love,
Eva Estlander & Julia Hackzell
why sayulita, mexico?
Our 200HR Yoga Teacher Training takes place in Sayulita, a colorful surf town on the Pacific coast of Mexico, surrounded by jungle, ocean, warm air, and vibrant local life.
We chose Sayulita because it offers something deeply supportive for this kind of journey. It is alive, creative, and full of movement, yet it also invites you to slow down. Between training days, you’ll have space to swim in the ocean, explore local cafés and markets, enjoy fresh food, watch the sunset by the beach, receive bodywork, surf, rest, and connect with the group.
For Eva, Sayulita is also deeply personal. It has been her second home for many years, and she has spent a big part of her life living here. The connection to this place, its people, rhythm, and community is something we’re very grateful to share with our students throughout the training. For Julia, it feels like an honor to return to such a special place and guide this experience together.
Our training is held at Hotelito de los Sueños, a beautiful yoga hotel on the north end of town, known for its peaceful atmosphere and two spacious open-air palapas designed for practice and ceremony. You also have the option to stay at the hotel. Let us know if you're interested, and we’ll secure the best deal for you.
Sayulita gives you the space to step out of your everyday rhythm and fully arrive into the training experience. A place to study, practice, breathe, connect, and come closer to yourself.

eva estlander
With over a decade of teaching both yoga and meditation, including seven years living in Mexico, I bring a unique perspective to the practice. Known for my chakra yoga classes, I'm passionate about the unseen and tapping into our cyclical essence of being.
As an international yoga teacher and retreat leader, I've honed my craft, leading students to profound discoveries on and off the mat. For half a decade, I've been training new yoga teachers about the subtle body and energy anatomy, empowering them to go beyond what the eye can see.
My teachings and offerings go beyond yoga poses; they encompass meditation, spirituality, cacao ceremonies, sound healing, and the moon —all tools for holistic wellness and self-discovery. This is the magic I want to share with you.

JULIA HACKZELL
For me, guiding others through yoga and somatic practices feels deeply sacred. This has become a big part of who I am at my core. I value presence over perfection.
Throughout my youth, I traveled a lot and lived abroad; this is when I first started teaching yoga in 2015. My teaching journey has taken me around the globe, from the serene beaches and detox centers of the Philippines and Bali to Iceland, Sweden, and finally back home to Finland.
I believe in the wisdom of the human body and resonate deeply with the teachings of embodiment and somatic practices: these experiences have brought me into deeper intimacy with life.
I’m forever awed by the boundless wonders of life and nature; my path is one of learning and heartfelt devotion to all beings and Mother Earth.
My mission is to guide each heart to its truest calling.
This is a 200HR foundational Yoga Teacher Training. Rooted in Vinyasa Flow, this training weaves in elements of embodiment, ancient philosophy, energetics, and deep presence.
We are a school that invites you to hold your own energy and teach from the depths of your being, because yoga isn’t about nailing the perfect handstand, it’s about landing fully into yourself 😉
come as you are, leave transformed
Welcome. This week is all about foundation. We begin by arriving, landing, softening, and setting the ground for everything to come. This first week is about establishing a strong base, both physically from the nervous system, and energetically, so you can move through this journey with clarity and presence.
Through Vinyasa Flow, breathwork, and somatic practices, you’ll start exploring movement as a conversation with your own body. We dive into the fundamentals of asana, alignment, and energetic awareness, not as rigid structures, but as living, breathing expressions of self.
And from the very first week, you will begin teaching. We believe deeply in finding your own voice from day one, so you’ll start exploring how to guide others through breath, movement, and presence in a way that feels true to you.
You’ll also begin your inner work, exploring yogic philosophy, history, self-inquiry, and the energetics of teaching. This is a time for letting go of expectations, reconnecting with your essence, and planting the first seeds of your unique teaching voice.
week 1
week 2
This week, we deepen into embodiment and anatomy & energy not just as concepts, but as felt experiences. You’ll learn how the body-mind and energy weave together as one intelligent network.
Through asana labs, hands-on explorations, and the art of sequencing, you’ll begin to understand the depth of the body, not to force it into shapes, but to support its natural intelligence.
We also dive into the subtle body, exploring how chakras, breathwork, and energetic awareness influence movement, presence, and teaching. This is where we begin to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and embodied wisdom, allowing the practice to move beyond form and into feeling.
And as your understanding deepens, so does your confidence in guiding others. Your teaching practice will expand, giving you space to explore your voice, refine your cues, and begin shaping the experience you wish to offer.
week 3
It’s time. Now, we step into the role of the teacher. Not as someone who only leads a class, but as a space holder, a guide, a storyteller of movement, breath and energy.
This week is about trusting your voice, not only by memorizing cues, but by speaking from a place of deep knowing. Through practice teaching, sequencing workshops, and voice activation, you’ll start to weave your unique expression into the practice, discovering what it means to guide with authenticity.
We also explore the unseen aspects of teaching—learning how to create a class that is not just a sequence, but a journey. You’ll learn about the business side of things and where to start with classes, workshops, retreats, etc.
By the end of Week 3, you’ll feel the shift from student to guide and from learning to embodying.
Your magic is already within you—we are simply here to help you uncover it.
the Pre-Work
Before stepping into the space together, your journey begins with self-study, reflection, and foundational learning. You will receive a carefully curated book list to support your exploration of yogic philosophy, energetics, and anatomy, not just as concepts to memorize, but as invitations to feel, question, and integrate. These teachings are alive, and before we meet in person, they ask you to listen, to let them settle into your awareness, and your day-to-day life.
There is no rush. No pressure to “know” anything before we begin. Just the simple act of opening, of allowing the teachings to find you in their own time. Consider it a soft landing into the training, to create a space to listen, absorb, and begin the inward shift that will carry you through the next few weeks.
This is a lifetime practice and initiation.
testimonials
Words from our previous students and trainings.
“What makes this training unique is its holistic approach. It offers a deep dive into the history,
philosophy, energetics, and emotional layers of yoga, but also includes elements that go
beyond a standard 200hrs YTT. The integration happens slowly and intentionally. From day
one, you begin teaching in a gentle, supported way that builds naturally over the three
weeks, so that by the end you feel grounded and genuinely ready to hold your own classes.”
